IRU International Award

The most recent news concerns the IRU international award which, after many years without competing, TMB was proud to see 8 of its drivers recognised with diplomas of honour for the second time in a row. Last year, 18 drivers were honoured, between the cities of Lisbon and Porto.

We're delighted with this award, as it recognises the employees of this company who have been working here for many years.

And who have the conditions that allow them to enjoy this distinction. Among the requirements are: the professional must have driven 1 million kilometres, have worked for the same company for 5 years, have a low accident rate and be of good repute.

Clearly, the weight of this award, not only because it is international, but essentially because of the recognition it represents, embracing all the world's transport associations, of which ANTRAM is also a member, makes us feel prestigious, including for ANTRAM itself and for the country, as it shows its members gaining status across borders. It's the kind of award that also gives responsibility to the drivers themselves who, by acquiring a certain authority, become role models that are consequently reflected in the company.
